Biomass boilers are around 90% efficient, meaning you’ll use less fuel to keep warm.
Biomass boilers are eligible for the Government’s Renewable Heat Incentive, which pays you a tax free, index linked payment for seven years covering the cost of your boiler with an additional income on top of that.
Biomass boilers burn wood which are pellets sustainably farmed, meaning that your energy is effectively carbon neutral.
Switching to renewable energy will enable you want to cut your reliance on traditional energy companies.
Arrange a biomass boiler survey today
We can arrange for one of our experts biomass boiler installers to survey your home and assess your requirements to determine the size of the boiler you need, taking into consideration your building type, your property’s energy efficiency levels and any existing system controls you have.
Biomass boilers to suit your needs
Biomass boilers are a substantial piece of equipment and require a decent amount of room depending on the amount of energy your property needs. Put simply the larger your home, the larger system you are likely to need.
With this in mind we install a wide range of boilers, which can be positioned outside or inside your home. We can also build Eco-Shed’s to house your boiler, just like we did for Mr Doxey.
The smaller boilers are generally hand fed systems, meaning that the biomass pellets need to be loaded manually into the boiler. For larger boiler we would recommend the installation of a hopper and auger systems which will feed the boiler automatically.
Our survey will help us to work out the size of Biomass system is best suited to your home, where it can be situated and any other work which may be required, as well as helping work out your all important Renewable Heat Incentive earning potential.
Commercial Biomass for Farms, Holiday Lets or Businesses
If you have a larger property such as a Farm, group of holiday lets or a business, and your property has a large heat demand, you may need a Commercial Biomass system. Commercial Biomass also qualifies for the Renewable Heat Incentive, but pays out over 20 years with higher returns due to the increased heat demand. For more details on Commercial Biomass click here.
